HexPro is a cookware brand owned by RTCB International Ltd, a company registered in London (number 16101290) and incorporated on 26 November 2024, with online retail as its listed activity. Its website, hexprocookware.com, sells a single 13-piece hybrid cookware collection priced in pounds, with standard delivery included to the UK and abroad.
HexPro says every piece is built in three layers, with aluminium sandwiched between two sheets of stainless steel, and that a hexagonal pattern laser-etched into the steel sits alongside a nonstick coating. The brand lists the set as dishwasher safe and suitable for gas, electric, ceramic and induction hobs. The same collection is also sold through Amazon UK, and the website publishes recipes matched to each pan size.
Standard delivery is part of the price, with no separate charge at checkout, which is taken in GBP. Orders placed before 2pm UK time on a working day are dispatched within one working day, with FedEx delivery updates, and HexPro estimates 5 to 7 working days from order confirmation to a UK address. Overseas transit times depend on the destination.
A change-of-mind cancellation must be notified within 30 calendar days of delivery, after which the set has to be sent back within 14 days with every piece and accessory and without having been used for cooking. The shopper pays return postage in that case. For faulty, damaged or wrong items, HexPro asks for photos by email and covers reasonable return costs or arranges a prepaid collection. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days.
