H2OForYou is the online shop for Thane UK's own-brand home products, centred on the H2O range of steam mops and steam cleaners. Thane's British company, Thane Direct UK Limited (Companies House 04301636), was incorporated in 2001, and the business also sells through television shopping programmes and a telephone order line. The store prices in pounds and delivers across Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
The homepage says H2O steam cleaners have been sold in more than 80 countries, and the About page credits Thane with over 25 million products sold worldwide through more than 100 retail partners in 9 markets.
Orders over £50 ship free, with some exclusions, and paid Next Day or Chosen Day services are available. Thane's shipping policy says parcels normally arrive within 7 to 10 days and always leave within 28 days, while Northern Ireland and certain Highlands and Islands postcodes take 3 days longer. Someone has to sign for each parcel, and carriers include Yodel, Royal Mail, Hermes and DPD. There is no delivery to PO Boxes, BFPO addresses, the Isle of Man or overseas; buyers in the Republic of Ireland are pointed to thane.ie, and Channel Islands orders need a parcel-forwarding service.
The refund policy allows cancellation within 14 days from the day after the goods arrive. Customer service has to authorise a return before anything is sent back, and the buyer pays return postage unless the product is faulty or was a substitute. Refunds are paid within 14 days of the return reaching Thane, but delivery charges are kept on part-returns and premium delivery fees are not refunded. The homepage also advertises a 30-day money-back guarantee; the policy says a longer period applies only where the site or a TV programme states it.
The homepage promotes product bundles with savings of up to 40% (checked October 2026). Shop Pay instalments are offered for spreading the cost of larger items.
