Dexam is a family-run kitchenware company based in Midhurst, West Sussex, that two brothers started in 1957. The web shop is run by Dexam International Ltd (company number 00565580), which develops and imports cookware, ovenware, kitchen textiles and barware and also supplies them to other retailers through its trade arm.
Kitchen knives and sharpeners, baking tins and cookie cutters, mixing bowls and weighing scales sit alongside the cookware, and an outlet section lists reduced lines.
Dexam delivers within the UK only; its delivery page says exports were suspended after Brexit because small European orders became too complex and costly. Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 days and costs £4.94, or nothing on orders over £40. Express next-working-day delivery costs £6.95, with no charge on orders of £100 or more, and needs the order in before 2pm on a weekday. Parcels to Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands and the Channel Islands take 2 to 4 working days.
Unused items in undamaged original packaging can be returned within 90 days. Faulty goods, or items not as described, can be sent back within 30 days for a full refund that includes first-class return postage. Shoppers need a returns number first, from 01730 811888 (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday) or cs@dexam.co.uk, and refunds are made within 7 days of the goods arriving back.
