CloudTopper is a UK online bedding brand built around one product, a 10cm mattress topper, sold direct with free UK delivery. The company number in its footer, 15528264, belongs to Jamie Ecom Ltd, a private company incorporated on 28 February 2024 with a registered office on Wimbledon Park Road in south-west London.
The brand's FAQ says the topper can go in a washing machine on a 40°C cycle, but it should not be dry cleaned or tumble dried. A separate trade section serves hotels, holiday lets and other hospitality buyers.
Every UK order travels free, however many items it holds, and the shop does not send parcels outside the UK. The FAQ promises next-day arrival for orders placed before 11.30am, while also saying orders leave within 24 to 48 hours and that Yodel, the courier, quotes 3 to 5 business days for its standard service. A parcel that has not turned up within 20 days should be reported.
Buyers get 100 days from receiving an item to ask for a return, which the brand calls its 100-night trial. Goods have to come back in their original packaging and condition, and anything stained or damaged after delivery is refused. A return starts with an email to hi@mycloudtopper.com quoting the order number; Global Reach Logistics then sends a prepaid label, and the money goes back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Returning one piece of a bundle cancels the bundle price.
Joining the email list brings 10% off (checked November 2026). Bundles price the topper, sheets and pillows together, and Klarna is available at checkout for spreading the cost.
CloudTopper was founded in 2024.
