LUOLAI Global is the UK online store of LUOLAI, a Chinese home textile brand that traces its heritage to 1992 and names Robin Xue as its founder. The UK site says it is operated by LUOLAI GROUP as the brand's exclusive authorised distributor, with a customer service office in Chai Wan, Hong Kong, and it prices everything in pounds sterling.
The brand credits its own Texsoft ultra-soft technology for the feel of its fabrics, and explains that the name joins "Luo", taken from a traditional Chinese phrase for fine silks, with "Lai", meaning to come. UK delivery is free on every order, and the store pays any import duties. Orders take 1 to 3 business days to process and then 6 to 10 business days to arrive by tracked YunExpress post, with a signature on delivery, because there is no UK warehouse. The store cannot deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly or Highlands and Islands postcodes such as AB, IV, KW and PA.
