Thompson And Morgan Fritillaria Meleagris Mix 80 Bulbs Inc:, Purple

The beautiful and unusual fritillary is instantly recognizable by their beautiful snake skin petals and bell-shaped heads, not to mention the elegant display of colours they produce. They are really striking and look amazing in damp woodlands or informal grass areas. When growing snakes head fritillaries, it is essential to allow their foliage to die back naturally. Where bulbs are naturalised in grass, avoid mowing the area until foliage has died back. Fritillaria meleagris grows very well in moist, well-drained soil that has lots of organic matter. Add plenty of well-rotted manure or garden compost to give the plant a head start. Product Specifications: Position: FULL SUN or SEMI SHADE Delivered with growing and care instructions.
