Thompson And Morgan Anemone Blanda Mixed 160 Bulbs Inc

These charming windflowers produce daisy-like blooms in shades of blue, pink and white, creating a colourful carpet of flowers throughout spring. The spreading woodland perennials form lush, fern-like foliage and provide a natural-looking display that lasts for many weeks. Windflowers are ideal for planting in woodland gardens, wildlife areas and rockeries, as well as beneath trees and shrubs. They can also be naturalised in lawns to create a colourful spring display. Plant in groups for the best effect and allow the plants to spread naturally over time. How to Grow Plant windflower bulbs in well-drained, fertile soil in partial or dappled shade. They are particularly suited to planting beneath deciduous trees and shrubs where they can receive spring sunlight before the tree canopy develops. Water well after planting and keep the soil moist while the plants are establishing. Once established, they require little maintenance. Allow the foliage to die back naturally after flowering to help the bulbs store energy for the following year. Height: 10cm (4"). Spread: 15cm (6").
