Thompson And Morgan Allium Drumstick 80 Bulbs Inc

Allium sphaerocephalon Allium sphaerocephalon is an understated yet unusual ornamental allium, producing distinctive oval-shaped flower heads in shades of purple and green. The slender blooms are held on tall, elegant stems, creating a graceful display that adds movement and structure to summer borders. For the best effect, plant this striking allium in bold groups or dense clumps among other perennials. Its delicate form works particularly well when planted alongside ornamental grasses, where the contrasting shapes and textures create a natural, contemporary display. Easy to grow and requiring very little maintenance, Allium sphaerocephalon thrives in well-drained soil and is an excellent choice for sunny borders, gravel gardens and informal planting schemes. Once established, it will return year after year, providing reliable summer colour and structure.
