Securikey Euro Grade 1 Insurance Approved Safe The Securikey Euro Grade 1 Safe provides independently certified high-security protection for cash, jewellery, watches, important documents and other high-value possessions in domestic and commercial environments. Independently tested and certified to EN 1143-1 Security Grade I, the range carries a recommended £10,000 overnight cash rating or £100,000 valuables rating, making it an excellent choice where substantial, independently verified security and insurance recognition are required. The Euro Grade 1 range is also AiS approved, providing additional reassurance for customers and insurers looking for a recognised high-security safe. EN 1143-1 Grade I Certified Security The Euro Grade 1 has undergone independent attack testing to the demanding EN 1143-1 European security standard. This certification provides independently verified resistance against burglary attack rather than relying solely upon the manufacturer's construction specification. For customers protecting significant amounts of jewellery, watches, cash or other valuable possessions, Grade I provides a substantial step up in security from general-purpose and EN 14450 S2 security safes. £10,000 Cash / £100,000 Valuables Rating The Securikey Euro Grade 1 carries a recommended overnight insurance rating of: Cash: £10,000Valuables: £100,000 This makes the range particularly suitable for protecting high-value jewellery and watches, cash, important documents and other valuable possessions. Insurance requirements vary according to individual risk, location, installation and insurer. Customers should always confirm the required safe grade and insurance rating with their insurer. Model Range The Securikey Euro Grade 1 range is available in a comprehensive choice of sizes from the compact 1015, ideal for securing jewellery, cash and smaller valuables, through to the substantial 1780 (with double doors) for larger domestic and commercial storage requirements. Across the range, external dimensions, internal storage capacity and weight increase progressively, allowing customers to select a safe that provides the right balance between available installation space and usable internal volume. It is important to consider both the safe’s external dimensions and its substantial weight when planning delivery, positioning and installation. Choice of Key or Electronic Locking The Securikey Euro Grade 1 is available with a choice of high-security key locking or electronic combination locking, allowing customers to select the access method best suited to their requirements. High-Security Key Lock The standard key-locking version features a VdS-approved double-bitted high-security safe lock and is supplied with two keys. This provides dependable mechanical security without the need for batteries or electronic access codes. Wittkopp Primor 200LS Electronic Lock The electronic version is fitted as standard with the Wittkopp Primor 200LS electronic combination lock, providing convenient keyless access while maintaining the level of locking security required for the Euro Grade 2 safe. The electronic lock provides straightforward code-operated access, making it particularly suitable for customers who prefer not to manage physical safe keys. Alternative and upgraded electronic locking systems may also be available for applications requiring additional access-control functionality. Please contact SafeFort to discuss specific locking requirements. Light Fire Protection A fire-resistant seal around the door provides an additional degree of protection against heat, flame, smoke and dust. This should be considered light fire protection rather than the independently certified time-rated fire protection provided by a dedicated document or data fire safe. Practical Internal Storage Adjustable and removable shelving allows the interior to be configured around the items being protected. This makes the Euro Grade 1 suitable for storing everything from jewellery boxes, watches and cash through to important business records and files in the larger models. The wide-opening door provides excellent access to the interior for everyday use. Secure Installation The Euro Grade 1 provides fixing positions to allow the safe to be securely anchored in accordance with the manufacturer's installation requirements. Correct installation is particularly important with an insurance-rated safe and customers should ensure that installation meets both Securikey's instructions and any requirements specified by their insurer. Ideal For The Securikey Euro Grade 1 is particularly suited to homes and businesses requiring a genuinely high level of independently certified security. Its £100,000 recommended valuables rating makes it an attractive option for protecting collections of jewellery and watches, while the £10,000 cash rating also makes the range suitable for businesses handling larger quantities of cash.
