Pocket quotes four days of battery life, 64GB of onboard storage, a pickup range of about 15 metres and support for more than 120 languages. It can record without a connection and sync later through apps for iPhone, Android, Mac, Windows and the web, and summaries can feed Google Calendar, Outlook, Todoist, Asana and similar tools.
Delivery and returns
Pocket ships to 30 countries, including the UK, Ireland and most of western Europe. According to its FAQ, orders leave within a few business days and international parcels take about a week. UK checkout showed free shipping (checked October 2026). Buyers outside the US pay any import duties or VAT unless checkout says otherwise.
Devices can be returned within 30 days of delivery in like-new condition, in the original packaging and with proof of purchase, after requesting a return authorisation from hey@heypocket.com. Unless the fault is Pocket's, the buyer pays return postage, and original shipping charges are not refunded. A one-year warranty covers defects, with prepaid labels for valid claims in the UK, mainland USA, Canada and Australia.
