EXG Pro makes licensed collectibles that also hold games controllers, phones and tablets. Its refund policy names “Exquisite Gaming Ltd” as the seller for UK orders and EXG Pro Inc for US orders, and Companies House lists the UK company (08907622) as incorporated in February 2014 with a registered office in Colchester, Essex. The UK store charges in pounds.
Characters are drawn from games, film, TV and comics, including Fortnite, Call of Duty, Minecraft, Fallout, Sonic, Marvel, Star Wars, Disney, Five Nights at Freddy's, SpongeBob SquarePants and Stranger Things. The brand's first crowdfunding campaign, for a Dungeons and Dragons Xanathar device holder and dice tower, runs on Gamefound.
UK Standard Delivery costs £1.99 and takes 2 to 5 business days, while Priority Delivery costs £4.99 and takes 1 to 3 business days. Pre-order items in a mixed basket ship separately once available. The delivery page lists shipping to the USA, Europe and Canada as coming soon and points US buyers to the brand's Amazon store and US stockists.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving an order, counted from the day after delivery, for unused items in original, undamaged packaging and resellable condition. Return shipping is free on eligible returns, there are no restocking fees, and refunds reach the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of inspection. Faulty items should be reported to customer-care@exgpro.com with photos, and anything bought through Amazon or another retailer goes back to that seller.
Email sign-ups get 15% off (checked October 2026). The store also runs a loyalty and rewards scheme in which purchases earn points.
