Lubiwood is a Slovenian puzzle brand that has sold its own wooden jigsaw designs online since 2020. The company behind it is Nevermind d.o.o. of Domžale, Slovenia (registration number 8815232000). British customers shop a pound-sterling version of lubiwood.com, and UK orders are packed in a UK-based warehouse rather than sent from mainland Europe.
According to Lubiwood, every design begins as pencil sketches, the cut lines are drawn by hand and the pieces are laser cut, so many of them take the shape of objects from the picture. The brand says its puzzles are made from recyclable wood, and a parcel holds no more than 2 puzzles.
Lubiwood's FAQ gives 1 to 3 business days for UK orders sent from the UK warehouse. When an item is not stocked there, it comes from Slovenia instead and takes about 4 to 8 business days. Shipping is priced at checkout from the weight, size and destination of the order. Beyond Britain, the store delivers across the EU and to the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, using GLS and DHL outside the EU.
A change-of-mind return must be requested within 30 days of receiving the order, and the puzzles must be unused and in their original packaging. The customer arranges and pays for return postage, and the first shipping charge is not refunded. Defective or damaged items are replaced, and approved refunds reach the original payment method within 7 working days.
Newsletter sign-ups are emailed 15% off a first order (checked October 2026). The shop also keeps a reduced-price section and sells puzzle bundles.
Lubiwood was founded in 2020 and is headquartered in Domžale, Slovenia.
