London Box Office is an online ticket agency for London theatre, taking bookings for West End and fringe productions at londonboxoffice.co.uk. It says its tickets follow the rules of the Society of Ticket Agents and Retailers (STAR), and STAR's member directory lists it as an affiliate member, cross-referenced with its sister site "Best of Theatre". Its privacy policy names the business behind it as "SARL Best of Theatre", a company based in Ansac-sur-Vienne, France, which trades as London Box Office.
Interactive seating plans cover most West End theatres, so buyers choose their own seats, and the agency says each booking is confirmed with the theatre in real time.
All tickets are e-tickets. The London Box Office FAQ says they reach the buyer's inbox as soon as the booking is complete, and the confirmation can be printed or shown on a phone at the door. Orders with Ticket Protection get their barcodes later rather than straight away. Lost tickets can be replaced with a duplicate set collected from the theatre box office on the day, and ID may be requested.
