Element Brand

Element Skateboards was launched in 1992 by Johnny Schillereff with the goal of creating an honest and ethical brand. Originally called "Underworld Element," the brand combined skateboarding culture with creative expression, later rebranding simply as "Element" to appeal to a broader audience.

With skateboarding at its roots, Element makes clothing, accessories, and complete skateboards that are as honest and ethical as possible. They're one of the only brands to offer every piece of skateboard hardware—from grip tape to wheels—all featuring their iconic tree logo recognized worldwide.

The brand has been endorsed by legendary pro skateboarders including Nyjah Huston, Bam Margera, Mark Appleyard, Evan Smith, Mike Vallely, and Chad "The Muska" Muska. Based in Irvine, California, and owned by Billabong since 2002, Element has been dubbed "the world's leading skateboard company" by the New York Daily News.

Sustainability is core to Element's values—they use environmentally friendly materials like cotton grown without chemicals and recycled fibers, while improving manufacturing processes to reduce waste and their production footprint.
