NONNI DRINKS LIMITED (company 16763883) was incorporated in London on 5 October 2025, and Entrepreneur UK named Emily Margaret Austen as co-founder when it picked nonni for its UK100 start-ups list. Retail Times reported the online launch in December 2025.
The ingredient lists show carbonated water sweetened with organic agave syrup, fruit extracts, magnesium citrate, Himalayan pink salt and a vitamin mix of niacin, B6, B12 and biotin; the grapefruit can adds potassium. Nutrition panels give 12 to 14 kcal and 2.4g of sugar per 100ml. The brand says the drinks are caffeine free, use no artificial sweeteners and suit vegetarians and vegans, and its FAQ argues the low sodium level makes a daily can reasonable.
