Oyama Barrel Aged Japanese Umeshu "Yumehibiki" is an ultra luxurious plum wine made from Oita grown plums matured in stainless steel tank for 3 years and then in oak barrel for an extra of 2 years. Maturation in oak casks add the complex layering of flavours, aromas, colours and textures to the plum wine. No preservatives, artificial flavors or colorings were added.
