This 25.4mm square hole punch is designed for larger applications requiring precision square openings in sheet metal up to 16 gauge. The 25.4mm size is ideal for bigger electrical components, larger fixtures, and industrial panel work where more substantial access points are needed. The special design allows an even load during cutting and produces a burr-free hole that needs no extra finishing, delivering clean, professional results. Heat treated cutting edges with a black anti-corrosive surface finish ensure long-lasting performance and resistance to rust in all working conditions. This punch is key operated using a B Key type 5/16in and is supplied boxed singly without the key, which should be ordered separately.
