As a larger-diameter punch, this 30mm model uses the simplified configuration with threading in the punch itself rather than on the hexagonal screw. This eliminates the die nut component, streamlining assembly and operation. An 8mm hexagonal wrench (MB type) is required to operate the mechanism effectively and pull the punch through the metal.
