The special design distributes cutting load evenly, ensuring smooth, even cutting action and making operation efficient even when working with tougher materials within the gauge range. As one of the larger punches, this 80mm model uses the simplified configuration with threading in the punch itself rather than on the hexagonal screw, eliminating the die nut component. This streamlined design makes assembly quicker and operation more straightforward. A 14mm hexagonal wrench (ME type) is required to operate the mechanism effectively and provide sufficient torque for this substantial cutting diameter.
