Uncommon : Vomiting skin rash eye irritation bloodshot eyes/red eyes eye pain flashes of light visual brightness light sensitivity watery eyes pounding or rapid heartbeat high or low blood pressure muscle pain drowsiness reduced sense of touch vertigo ringing in the ears dry mouth blocked or stuffy sinuses inflammation of nasal lining (runny nose, sneezing, stuffiness) upper abdominal pain heartburn presence of blood in urine pain in arms or legs nosebleeds feeling hot feeling tired. Rare: fainting stroke heart attack irregular heartbeat temporary decreased blood flow to parts of the brain throat tightening sensation numb mouth bleeding at the back of the eye double vision reduced vision sharpness abnormal eye sensation eye or eyelid swelling visual disturbances (spots, halos around lights) pupil dilation eye discoloration penile bleeding blood in semen dry nose nasa swelling irritability sudden decrease or loss of hearing. Rarely reported post-marketing experiences include unstable angina and sudden death, particularly among men with pre-existing heart conditions.
