Arthur Bell 1 x Bare Root

Golden Blooms with a Wonderful Fragrance Rich golden-yellow flowers that soften to cream Strong, sweet fragrance Repeat flowering from early summer into autumn Vigorous growth for walls, fences and arches Glossy dark-green foliage Climbing ‘Arthur Bell’ is a gorgeous way to bring golden colour and fragrance up through your garden. Orange-flushed buds open into rich golden-yellow flowers, gradually fading to softer cream as they mature. With new buds and older blooms appearing together against glossy dark-green foliage, the changing shades make a lovely display. Its long, vigorous stems can be trained across a wall or fence, or over an arch or pergola, where the strong, sweet fragrance can be enjoyed as you pass. The flowers are lovely for cutting too, so you can bring a few indoors without losing the display outside. Better still, ‘Arthur Bell’ doesn't put everything into one early show. Fresh clusters of flowers return throughout summer and into autumn, bringing months of warm colour as the plant grows up and across its support. Give it a sunny spot and plenty of room to develop and you'll have a beautiful flowering climber to enjoy year after year.
