This Bain Marie from HOST is the ideal addition to any self-service buffet or busy commercial kitchen. With a generous 21-litre capacity and two large 5.2-litre pots, it keeps your food, soups and sauces at the perfect temperature for serving. The pots are removable and can be easily switched out during service, they also include notched lids for you to place a serving ladle. Suitable for both front or back of house settings, this Bain Marie is constructed from durable stainless steel which is easy to clean. An adjustable temperature 30°C to 90°C control allows for precise heating for extensive periods of time, while overheat protection gives you added peace of mind.
