This allows it to house 2 x 1/3 and 2 x 1/6 Gastronorm pans, up to 150mm deep, at once - ideal for display large quantities of food in a single place. The user-friendly adjustable temperature controls ensure consistent heating, whilst the overheat protection prevents the Bain Marie from getting too hot and ruining food.
