Built around the Cordless Alliance System (CAS), it offers complete battery flexibility, allowing one battery platform to power over 400 compatible devices across multiple manufacturers. Equipped with a powerful brushless DC motor, the FireBird Pro Gold Edition delivers an exceptional 20,000 N setting force, enabling fast, secure installation of blind rivet nuts up to M12 in aluminium and steel, and up to M10 in stainless steel. The brushless motor design eliminates wear-prone components, ensuring extremely long service life, minimal maintenance, and consistently fast setting cycles. The tool is controlled exclusively via setting force adjustment, protecting the internal thread of the rivet nut while guaranteeing a strong and secure anchor in the base material. Drilling is performed with optimised torque and automatic shut-off, and once the riveting process is complete, the tool automatically reverses to release the threaded mandrel. The drilling and riveting processes are mechanically separated, improving control, accuracy, and reliability.
