Driven by a high-efficiency brushless DC motor, the FireBird Pro produces an impressive 15,000 N setting force, enabling fast and secure installation of blind rivet nuts up to M10 aluminium, M8 steel, and M6 stainless steel. The brushless design eliminates wear-prone components, delivering exceptionally long service life, reduced maintenance, and consistently high setting frequencies. The setting process is controlled solely via setting force adjustment, ensuring the thread of the rivet nut is optimally protected while guaranteeing a secure anchor in the base material. Drilling is carried out with optimised torque and automatic shut-off, and once the riveting process is complete, the FireBird Pro automatically reverses to release the threaded mandrel. The drilling and riveting functions are mechanically separated to improve control and reliability.
