Welsh Beef Ribeye Joint

A beautiful cut of meat that's sure to be a showstopper on your dining table. This Welsh Ribeye Joint is packed full of natural flavours from the fatty "eye" of the joint, with plenty of marbling to keep it juicy and protect from shrinkage during a longer cook.. Certified PGI beef from the Usk Valley, raised and matured in its designated region under strict traditional methods. That geographic certification locks in the character of the land it comes from - giving every cut a depth of flavour and tenderness worth seeking out.
