Delivery and returns
Standard UK delivery takes 1 to 2 working days and costs £1.99 on small baskets; it is free over £20, and orders of £49.99 or more go by next working day delivery at no cost. Express next working day delivery, which excludes Sundays only, costs £4.99. The cut-off is 4pm, Sunday to Friday, and orders placed between 4pm Friday and 4pm Sunday leave on Monday. Next-day service excludes the Scottish Highlands and islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and the Scilly Isles, where delivery can take 3 to 5 working days.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery and are requested through the contact form on the order page. Brand-new items must be unopened, used devices must come back in the condition supplied with all accessories, and an opened brand-new item returned as unwanted carries a 10% handling charge. Shoppers pay return postage unless the item is faulty, and refunds take 3 to 5 working days after inspection. Beyond 30 days, the warranty covers manufacturing faults with a repair first, then a replacement or refund.
