MSI (Micro-Star International Co., Ltd.) is a Taiwanese computer hardware maker founded on 4 August 1986 by Joseph Hsu and four co-founders, with headquarters in Zhonghe, New Taipei. Its UK web store sells MSI laptops, monitors and PC components in pounds sterling with VAT included, and the store's terms say it is operated by MSI together with authorised partners.
Warranty periods on the store's warranty page run from the purchase date: 36 months for graphics cards, monitors and motherboards, 12, 24 or 36 months for laptops depending on the model, 24 months for PC cases and gaming peripherals, and up to 144 months for some power supplies. Cosmetic defects are excluded. Buyers must create an MSI account before placing an order.
The store delivers only to homes and businesses on mainland UK, and not to PO boxes.
