Delivery and returns

Every order ships free to mainland UK addresses, normally within 3 to 5 working days, with drops made between 9am and 6pm on weekdays. Items under 30kg travel by courier or Parcelforce; heavier items go by specialist courier or pallet service to the kerbside, and placing one in the room where it will be fitted costs extra. Addresses in the Highlands and islands and Northern Ireland can attract additional charges. Certified installers can anchor a unit to meet normal insurance conditions, and most installations are completed within 1 to 2 weeks; standard installation rates cover ground floors only.

SafeFort runs a 30-day returns policy alongside the 14-day statutory cancellation right. Goods must come back as new with their packaging, manuals, accessories and keys. The customer pays return costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect, large items are collected by courier or freight, and refunds are made within 14 days of the goods arriving back. Made-to-order and special-order items are excluded.
