About Pocher

Pocher was founded in 1951 in Turin, Italy by Arnaldo Pocher and Corrado Muratore, initially producing train signals and railway accessories. At the 1966 Milan International Toy Fair, they astonished the world with their first 1:8 scale model car - a detailed Fiat F2 with over 800 components. Famous for wire wheels assembled spoke by spoke and working engine crankshafts, their classic kits represented 1930s cars from Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Bugatti, Mercedes-Benz and Rolls-Royce. Now owned by Hornby Hobbies since the 2012 relaunch.
