All returns, exchanges or claims must be registered online within 14 days and all returns must be sent to our warehouse using the waybill that you receive after you have registered your return. A return fee applies (e.g., 10 GBP for non-bridal, 30 USD for bridal).

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. When the order is handled by us, you will receive a shipment confirmation containing a waybill number to track its progress online.
All returns, exchanges, or claims must be registered online within 14 days of receipt. Returns must be sent to our warehouse using the provided waybill. A return fee applies, which is 10 GBP for non-bridal orders and 30 USD (approx. 25 EUR) for Malina Bridal orders.
It is possible to cancel your order by e-mail before it has been processed. You can change your order if it corresponds with the value of the original order. If the order is already confirmed and shipped, you cannot cancel or change it, but you can return the garments once received.
Malina shall refund you what you have paid for the product as soon as possible, normally within 14 days but latest within 30 days, provided the return falls under our return policy.
