A return has to be requested within 14 days of receiving the order. Opened products that arrive undamaged are not refunded or replaced, and the customer pays postage, which is not refunded. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items should be reported with photos within 14 days so a replacement can be arranged. Returns are posted to the brand's address in Antrim, ideally by a tracked and insured service.
