About PÜR

PÜR is a mineral makeup and skincare brand from Atlanta, Georgia, owned by Astral Brands, the beauty company that also owns Butter London. The brand traces its clean-formula approach back to 2002 and still trades as PÜR Minerals in places. Its US-based store accepts payment in pounds from UK shoppers and ships orders from the United States.

What PÜR sells

• Complexion products: 4-in-1 Pressed Mineral Makeup, the 4-in-1 Skin Tint Mineral SPF 50, primers, concealers, cheek colour, setting sprays and powders
• Eye and lip makeup: eyeshadow palettes, eyeliner, mascara, lashes, lipstick, lip gloss, lip liner and Lip Duos
• Skincare: cleansers, face masks and balms, under-eye treatments, serums, moisturisers such as Get a Lift Firming Facial Cream, and face mists
• Brushes and tools, makeup sets, travel sizes and minis

According to PÜR, every complexion product contains its Ceretin Complex, an encapsulated blend of retinol and ceramides, and its formulas leave out more than 1,300 ingredients the brand considers potentially harmful. PÜR also describes its range as 100% vegan and never tested on animals.

Delivery and returns

UK delivery rates, timings and services are shown at checkout once the address is entered, and the recipient pays any customs duties and import taxes on arrival. Orders placed by 12:45pm Eastern time on a business day are processed the same day; later orders, and those from Friday afternoon to Sunday, move to the next business day. In the US, standard shipping is $6.95 or free from $50.

Every return needs a Return Merchandise Authorization number, requested by email within 30 days of delivery. Products can come back if no more than 30% has been used, with proof of purchase, and only when bought directly from purcosmetics.com. PÜR covers return postage only for defective, damaged or incorrect items, and approved refunds reach the original payment method within 10 business days.
