Every US order ships free by economy service. Eklexic allows 1 to 5 working days for production and processing and estimates 5 to 11 working days in transit, so roughly 6 to 13 working days in total; faster UPS and USPS services cost extra at checkout. International rates, including to the UK, are worked out at checkout, and the shipping policy places customs duties, VAT and import taxes on the buyer.
Return requests must be made within 30 calendar days of the carrier's recorded delivery date. Pieces have to be new, unworn, unaltered and in their original packaging, and the buyer pays return postage. Approved returns are refunded as store credit rather than money. Fine jewellery, personalised items, gift cards and anything marked as non-returnable at purchase are excluded. The policy limits warranty cover to manufacturing defects and wrong items, so tarnishing and everyday wear are not covered.
