Whole Supp is an Irish sports nutrition company, trading as Whole Supp Limited, that makes plant-based meal shakes and sells them online in pounds and euros. Its website lists Rathmines in Dublin as its base and gives a founding date of April 2021. Former professional rugby player Darren O'Reilly co-founded it with Dr Brian Carson, the company's head of science and innovation.
According to Whole Supp, every product it sells is Informed Sport tested, and the shakes are vegan and free from gluten, nuts and soy. They are made in the UK from local and imported ingredients. The pouches hold TÜV certification as home compostable, and the delivery boxes are recyclable.
Whole Supp delivers to the UK and Ireland only. UK parcels go by tracked Royal Mail and cost £3.00 for a single product, with free delivery over £45; Irish orders travel with An Post for €3.50, or nothing above €45. The shipping page gives an average delivery time of 2 to 3 business days.
Because the products are sealed food, Whole Supp does not take back items that arrive in good condition. Damaged, faulty or wrongly delivered orders are dealt with by emailing hello@wholesupp.com, and the FAQ asks customers to get in touch if a parcel has not turned up after 5 business days.
Subscribers save 21% on every subscription order and get a free shaker with the first one (checked October 2026). Deliveries can be scheduled every 2, 4, 6 or 8 weeks, and a subscription can be changed or cancelled up to 48 hours before it renews.
Whole Supp was founded in 2021 and is headquartered in Dublin, Ireland.
