UK standard delivery costs £5.99 and is free on orders of £40 and above. Orders are processed Monday to Friday; those placed before 14:00 UK time leave the same day where possible, otherwise the next working day. Terréa also ships to the EU, where standard delivery is £9, and to the US and Canada at £15, but not to PO boxes, BFPO addresses, parcel lockers or freight forwarders.
Shoppers have 14 days from the day after delivery to say they want to return something, then a further 14 days to send it. The customer pays postage on change-of-mind returns, and sealed liquids, sprays and fragrance products cannot be returned once opened unless faulty. Damaged, missing or wrong items should be reported within 7 days with photos, and there are no direct exchanges.
Orders over £40 currently come with a free scented wardrobe card as well as free UK delivery (checked October 2026). The store also runs a referral programme and subscriptions, and sells refill formats to cut packaging waste.
