SkinSeoul is an online K-beauty retailer founded in 2024 and headquartered in Singapore, with a registered branch office in Changwon, South Korea. Chief executive Kuenyoung Park says he started it after struggling to find authentic Korean skincare while living abroad. Startup outlet WOWTALE reported a pre-seed round led by Blueprint Ventures, with 500 Global, in January 2025.
According to SkinSeoul, its catalogue covers more than 2,000 brands and 20,000 products, all dispatched from Korea under an authenticity guarantee. Its SkinSight ranking orders products by reviews and ratings from Korean consumers, and the site groups ranges by concern, such as acne-prone, sensitive or dry skin.
UK delivery costs £4 and becomes free above £45, with an estimate of 11 to 15 days because parcels travel from Korea with Deleo Korea and YunExpress before a local courier takes over. Prices for UK buyers include 20% VAT on parcels worth up to £135, which SkinSeoul says lets them clear customs without VAT or courier handling charges; any fee still collected on arrival can be claimed back as store credit within 30 days. US orders pay $6, or nothing above $50, and arrive in 10 to 15 days, with US import duties charged at checkout since the de minimis exemption ended in August 2025.
Unopened products with the seal intact can be returned within 7 days of purchase, but the buyer covers every postage, packaging and tax cost. Damaged or faulty items should be reported to support@skin-seoul.com with photos of the shipping label and a video of the fault, then sent back within 5 days for an exchange or a full refund that includes return postage. Card refunds take 7 to 14 working days and PayPal refunds 3 to 5.

SkinSeoul handles customer service by email at support@skin-seoul.com, including missing parcels, tracking questions and fault reports. Shipping confirmation emails carry a tracking number and a link to the logistics partner's tracking portal.
