Roave is a clothing label for men and women whose online store lists Cockermouth, Cumbria, as its location. Companies House records a ROAVE Limited, classed as a clothing retailer, incorporated on 14 July 2025. The brand's story page describes a fabric-led approach, developing garments with partner mills with softness, fit and long wear in mind.
The site groups part of the range into a Super Soft Collection and a capsule edit of wardrobe staples, and it also handles wholesale enquiries.
Roave charges £4.95 for standard UK delivery (2 to 4 working days) and £7.95 for express (1 to 2 working days), and UK orders over £150 travel free. Orders placed before 1pm on a weekday are processed the same day, and parcels cannot be redirected once dispatched. Delivery to Europe starts at £10 and to the rest of the world at £15, with duties and taxes paid by the buyer.
Shoppers get 28 days from delivery to return items for a refund or exchange, stretched to 23 January for orders placed between 24 November and 23 December. Clothes must be unworn, unwashed and tagged, in their original packaging. A £3.95 fee for UK returns comes off the refund, and underwear, opened socks, water bottles, hair accessories and gift cards cannot be returned.
The Roave Circle loyalty programme promises member perks and early access to new releases, and the newsletter sends updates on new arrivals. Exchanges can be taken as an instant swap or as store credit instead of a refund.
