Additionally, some orders are sent directly from individual suppliers, with their specific delivery timescales shown on their product pages and at checkout.
What are the delivery costs?
For Real Food Hub's weekly market deliveries, orders under £100 cost £9.95, and orders over £100 cost £5.95. For direct supplier deliveries, costs are shown at every step of the way (supplier page, product page, basket, checkout). Many suppliers offer free delivery over certain order values.
How is the food kept fresh during delivery?
Our suppliers use fantastic packaging designed to keep deliveries at controlled chilled or frozen temperatures for up to 48 hours. You can also specify a safe place for your parcel to be left, ensuring food stays chilled for up to 36 hours even if you're not home.
What if my delivery is delayed?
We do everything we can to ensure your parcel arrives on time. We track all parcels and, in the unlikely event of a delay, we will try to notify you and ask the courier to prioritise it for the next day. Please note, during busy periods like Christmas, couriers may experience immense pressure.
