Rare London is a women's occasionwear brand from Liverpool that has been designing party and event clothing since 2002. A husband-and-wife duo co-founded it, and the brand says every collection comes from its in-house UK design team. Beyond its own web store, Rare London is stocked by ASOS, Zalando and independent boutiques in more than 20 countries, according to its about page.

Delivery and returns

Standard UK delivery costs £3.95 and takes 2 to 4 days, and orders over £150 ship free. Next-day delivery is £7.95 when ordered before 2pm Monday to Thursday, and a Saturday service costs £11.95 if ordered before 2pm on Friday. The delivery page asks shoppers to allow 2 to 5 working days for dispatch. Rare London also ships to the United States, Ireland, the EU, Australia, Canada and other countries, with taxes and duties included at checkout.

Returns must reach the brand within 14 days of the parcel arriving, unworn, free of make-up, tan or perfume, and with every ribbon and tag attached. UK shoppers using the Royal Mail label have £4.50 deducted, unless they choose store credit or a gift card, which makes the return free. Outlet and reduced-price pieces are exchanged for store credit only unless faulty, and refunds can take up to 10 working days once the warehouse has the parcel.
