About RAESO

RAESO is a skincare brand made in New Zealand and founded by Katey Mandy, a former beauty editor. It traded as RAAIE until 2026, when it adopted the RAESO name; the brand told FQ magazine that the old name had become a trademark obstacle as it expanded abroad. UK orders are sent from a UK warehouse.

What RAESO sells

• Cleansers, including Golden Nectar Mānuka Honey Enzyme Cleanser
• Serums and elixirs such as Yellow Moonbeam Retinal Elixir and Morning Dew Vitamin C Serum
• Masks, including the Lunar Veil Chrono-Active Sleep Mask for overnight use
• Moisturisers such as Cocoon Ceramide Cream, plus Sun Milk Drops Tinted SPF50
• Refills, sets and duos such as The Awakening Duo, and a collection of travel-size minis

The brand builds its range on what it calls Circadian Skin Science: the idea that skin protects itself in daylight and repairs overnight, so RAESO pairs morning products with night treatments. These are the brand's own claims. Shoppers can also browse by skin concern, from pigmentation and redness to breakouts and a weakened skin barrier.

Delivery and returns

RAESO's shipping page says UK orders leave its UK warehouse, with a flat £5 charge below £110 and free delivery above it. Orders placed before 1pm on a weekday aim to arrive the next working day. Orders for New Zealand, Australia and the US are sent from New Zealand, and duties outside New Zealand and Australia are paid by the buyer.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided each product is at least half full, and customers start one by emailing hello@raesoskin.com. Return shipping for a change of mind is the customer's cost, and refunds go back to the original payment method.

Ways to save at RAESO

Newsletter subscribers get 15% off a first order (checked October 2026). The price paid for a mini can also be redeemed against a full-size product, and several products are sold as refills.
