What is a MusicGurus subscription?
A MusicGurus subscription gives you unlimited access to every single course available on the MusicGurus platform. You can choose to pay monthly, quarterly, or annually.
How much does a MusicGurus subscription cost?
It costs £15 per month. If you subscribe quarterly, it's £12.50 per month (paid quarterly at £37.50). An annual subscription costs £10 a month (paid annually at £120). You can pay in GBPs, USDs or Euros.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime in your dashboard by going to 'Account Settings'. Scroll down to 'Stripe Billing Portal' and click on 'Go to portal' to manage your subscription or update card details.
What happens to the courses I’ve added to my account when I cancel my subscription?
When you cancel, the courses will become 'greyed out' and you will no longer be able to watch them. If you re-subscribe in the future, you will regain access to them.
How do I change my password?
You can change your password under 'Account Settings' in your dashboard when you are logged in.
I’ve forgotten my password. How do I reset it?
Just click 'forgot password' on the sign-in page, and you will receive an email prompting you to create a new password. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support at support@musicgurus.com.
