Mr Farts is a comedy character and novelty gift shop run by Hugo.FM Limited, whose refund policy gives an address in Manningtree, Essex. The brand's history page dates its start to April Fools' Day 2019, when the Big Fart skill was released for Amazon Alexa. The web store prices goods in pounds and can switch to US dollars.
Outside the shop, the history page lists an album of fart songs released in 2022, Mr Farts cartoons launched in 2023 and a Mr Farts app for Apple and Android phones. Alexa users can still ask to enable Big Fart, and the YouTube channel hosts sound compilations and pranks.
A banner across the store promises free shipping on orders over £24.99. Mr Farts has no standalone shipping policy page, and its refund policy does not list delivery charges or times for smaller orders.
Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving an item, and goods need to be unworn or unused, tagged and in their original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase. EU customers have 14 days to cancel or return for any reason. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 20 business days. There is no exchange service: the item is sent back and a new order placed once the return is accepted. Custom products, personal care goods, gift cards and reduced-price items cannot be returned, and defective or wrong items should be reported straight away to hello@mrfarts.fun.
