Postage is worked out at checkout from the weight of the order. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and passed to the warehouse each weekday morning, so weekend and bank holiday orders move on the next business day. UK choices are Yodel 48hr Tracked (1 to 3 business days), Royal Mail 24hr Small Parcel Tracked for parcels up to 2kg (1 to 2 business days) and FedEx 24hr Parcel Tracked (1 business day). Overseas parcels go by PostNord International Tracked to more than 125 destinations in 3 to 20 business days.
Magazines cannot be sent back for a change of mind. A damaged, defective or lost magazine is replaced if MagsDirect hears about it within 48 hours of the order arriving, with proof of purchase and photos where relevant, and the replacement is posted at no cost. Vinyl and DVDs may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a change of mind. Magazines bought at a reduced price, and gift cards, are excluded.
Joining the Rewards Club adds £5 in points to a new member's account, and the clearance section marks down older issues and books (checked November 2026).
