Julian Charles began in 1947 when Julian Greibach opened his first Lancashire-based textile business. By the mid-1980s, the company (then named Rectella) had become one of the largest manufacturers of home textiles in the UK, building a reputation for quality British design.

Today, Julian Charles is a Manchester-headquartered national multi-channel retailer offering luxury bedding, ready-made curtains, cushions, throws, duvets, pillows, and home décor accessories.
