What age can children do Go Ape?
Different adventures have different age requirements. Nets Adventure is suitable from age 4, Treetop Adventure from age 10 (1.4m tall), and Treetop Adventure+ from age 6.
Do I need to be fit?
A reasonable level of fitness helps, but adventures are designed to be achievable. You should be able to climb a rope ladder and support your own body weight.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothes you don't mind getting dirty and closed-toe shoes with a back strap. Long hair should be tied back. Gloves are provided.
