Eurosonic Group Limited owns and runs it from Stretford, Manchester, using the Electrolux trademark under a licence from AB Electrolux. Orders under £50 cost £4.99 to deliver, and orders of £50 or more go free. FedEx handles every parcel: orders placed by 12pm on a weekday arrive the next working day, with no weekend deliveries. The store covers mainland Britain and Northern Ireland only, cannot deliver to BFPO, Guernsey or Jersey postcodes, and does not ship abroad. Damage has to be reported within 7 working days of delivery.
A change-of-mind return can be started within 30 days of receiving the order. The item must be unused and boxed as it arrived, the shopper pays the postage back, and the store wants to hear from the customer before anything is posted. Refunds are processed within 7 days of the goods reaching the warehouse. Each appliance has a 1-year guarantee, and registering it within 28 days adds 4 further years, for 5 years of cover.
Joining the store's email newsletter brings 10% off the next order (checked October 2026). Free delivery from £50 and the free extended warranty registration are standing benefits rather than time-limited ones.
