Drinkmate is a home carbonation brand from i-Drink Products Inc, a company based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, which says it invented the machine in 2015. UK orders are handled by Stearn Electric Co. Ltd, trading as Beam Group (company number 00201097), which supplies the country from a warehouse near Norwich. The brand calls itself the second largest supplier of carbonator machines worldwide.
According to Drinkmate, the Fizz Infuser lets the OmniFizz carbonate juices, cold tea or coffee, wine and cocktails directly rather than only water, without diluting them. Owners can return empty cylinders through the CO2 exchange programme and pay less for their next refill.
Mainland UK orders above £40 get free tracked delivery within 2 working days, while orders of £39.99 or less cost £5.99 and take 3 to 5 working days. A next-working-day service covers weekday orders placed before 12pm, though Drinkmate does not guarantee it, and Yodel carries most parcels. The Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Wight pay £12.99 for 3 to 5 day delivery.
Unopened items in new condition can be returned within 14 days, with return costs taken off the refund, which is paid within 14 working days of the goods arriving back. Used CO2 cylinders are only taken back through the exchange programme. Machines carry a two-year warranty for personal use, or one year for commercial use, covering defects in materials and workmanship but not PET bottles, used gas, wear or misuse.
