Big Game Hunters is a UK online retailer of outdoor and indoor play equipment, based at Chadwick Farm in Garford, near Abingdon in Oxfordshire. The business says it began trading in 2006 as an offshoot of Garden Games Ltd, maker of the Hi-Tower game. Its current trading company, Big Game Hunters Limited (Companies House 12572703), was incorporated in April 2020.
According to its About page, the company manufactures many of its outdoor games itself and has no call centre: questions go to a small team who handle the products directly. It also runs a separate sports ball shop that supplies clubs.
Tracked standard delivery to mainland UK costs £4.99 and takes 2 to 3 working days, and baskets of standard items over £50 ship free. Oversize parcels, such as long slides, are charged £4.99 each and take 3 to 5 working days; a mixed basket pays only the highest single fee. Standard items under 120cm ordered before 12:30pm on a working day leave the warehouse that day. Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey carry a £4.99 courier surcharge per item, and oversize items cannot be sent there.
Unwanted goods can be sent back within 14 calendar days of delivery, unused, in the original packaging and with the despatch note. Shoppers pay return postage unless an item is faulty, and refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of the parcel arriving. Exchanges are not offered, so a different item means a fresh order. Faulty goods are reported through the contact form with photos and the order number.
Joining the email newsletter brings 5% off a first purchase (checked November 2026). The shop also sells e-gift cards and sorts its range into gift price bands from under £25 to over £100.
Big Game Hunters is headquartered in Garford, Oxfordshire.
