What is your returns policy?
You can return items by post to Arsenal Returns Dept, Torque, Challenge Way (Off Cutler Heights Lane), Bradford, BD4 8NG. We aim to process refunds as soon as possible, which may take up to 30 days from email confirmation. For Christmas purchases made in the final week of October or in November/December, returns are accepted until 25 January the following year. Conditions and exclusions apply; full details are available on our returns page.
Can I get a shirt personalised after purchase?
Yes, we can add personalisation to a shirt purchased either in one of our stores or online on Arsenal Direct. Please visit The Armoury or Highbury store for assistance. Due to hygiene reasons, we can only print on new, or freshly washed and dried shirts.
Do you offer Click & Collect services?
Currently, we do not offer Click and Collect services in store. However, this is a service we hope to offer in the future. Please check back for updates on availability.
What should I do if my online purchase is faulty?
If your item is faulty, please return it directly to our warehouse following our online return procedure. We are unable to process repairs or returns for online purchases in our physical stores.
